Packaging Food Metal Residue Detector Advent

International LockInspectionSystems has recently developed a new device for the detection of metal residues in packaged food products, the MET30+ high-frequency metal detector. The new food safety regulations mandate that food producers improve all safety measures that safeguard food supplies. With conventional metal detectors, it is difficult to detect high-purity, high-impedance non-ferrous metals and stainless steel residues in foods, especially when the food is wrapped in aluminum foil. The instrument has a high sensitivity for detecting such metal residues and can detect the presence of such metal substances in the packaged food. The newly developed detector is called MET30+ high frequency metal detector. It uses a pure UHF to effectively detect dried foods after Packaging, such as biscuits and baked goods. In this way, there is no need for open inspection of the product, thereby speeding up inspections, saving time and improving efficiency. The MET30+ high-frequency metal detector incorporates Lock's patented ADC software to enable various data signals detected by metal detectors to be displayed on the screen. Any change in the signal can be immediately determined.
