(1) The requirements of the production workshop environment The production workshop environment is good, it will make the workshop staff's minds, and concentrate, which is conducive to the improvement of production efficiency. The various raw and auxiliary materials used in production should be placed in a fixed position so that production can be organized. (3) Baking temperature should be appropriate For coating, printing, glazing and other production processes, baking temperature is very important. According to the characteristics of coatings, inks, and glazing oils provided by the material supplier, trial production shall be carried out according to the actual conditions of the production to find the production speed, baking temperature and construction viscosity suitable for production.
(4) The choice of raw materials for production should be based on different product requirements and choose suitable raw materials for production. For newly selected materials, trial production should be carried out first, and check whether it matches the raw materials that have already been used, and list the various performance indicators of the selected raw materials.
(5) Note that the choice of production process should select the production process that can meet the product requirements. For example, the “scratch” phenomenon in the production process can easily cause the corrosion resistance of the packaging container to decline. If there are supplementary coating measures during canning, the minor scratches of the interior coating film may not be considered during production; but if When the canning process is not completed, the inner coating film can be applied after printing.
(6) Pay attention to the accumulation of data In the daily production, attention should be paid to the summary and analysis of various aspects of the production process parameters, performance of various production materials, etc. to accumulate actual production experience. At the same time, it adopts production raw materials with good performance, stable quality, and reasonable prices, together with mature production processes, to comprehensively improve the quality of products.
