Compared with the test results of the analytical methods required in GB/T5121.10-2008, the results show that the results obtained by using the atomic absorption test and the results obtained by using the ultraviolet-visible spectrophotometer are consistent, and the operation is simple, fast and saves reagents. The copper alloy with tin as the main additive element is called copper-tin alloy, and its application range is wide, especially in deep processing. For example, it is widely used in shipbuilding, chemical, machinery, instrumentation and other industries. It is suitable for manufacturing bearings and corrosion resistance. , diamagnetic parts and springs, etc., can also manufacture parts that require wear and corrosion resistance, such as pump body, bearing bush, gear, worm gear and so on. The amount of tin directly affects the microstructure and mechanical properties of copper-tin alloys, so accurate detection of tin content in copper-tin alloys is crucial for production and processing. 1. Experimental part 1.1 Instrument and working conditions AA1800 atomic absorption spectrophotometer (MEAS China); tin hollow cathode lamp; instrument working parameters: wavelength 286.6nm, current 7mA, slit 0.2nm, burner height 10mm; 1.2 Standard solution and reagent nitric acid (excellent grade); tin standard solution; 1.3 sample processing method sample processing method: accurately weigh 3.0020g sample, placed in a 100ml polytetrafluoroethylene beaker, and added with appropriate amount of deionized water to wet The sample was added with 8 mL of nitric acid and placed on a hot plate to dissolve. After completion, it was added to a 25 ml plastic volumetric flask and made up to volume with deionized water. At the same time, the sample method is used to make the sample blank. 1.4 Working curve The instrument is calibrated by standard addition method: take 4 10mL volumetric flasks, separately transfer 1.3ml of digestive juice into 3 volumetric flasks, and add tin standard solution, so that the concentration of tin added to the standard solution is 0μg respectively. /mL, 100μg/mL, 200μg/mL, 300μg/mL; make up to the mark with ultrapure water. In addition, remove 5mL of blank solution and 10mL volumetric flask, and dilute to the mark with ultrapure water. 1.5 On-machine detection Use the blank solution to calibrate the zero point of the atomic absorption spectrometer, measure the absorbance of the sample solution, take the average of three measurements, and make a calibration curve by adding the concentration of the standard solution and the measured absorbance of the sample solution. 2. Test results From the above results, it is easy to see that the use of flame atomic absorption detection of tin content in copper-tin alloy, and GB/T5121.10-2008 specified using UV-visible spectrophotometer test results are consistent, and save Going to the tedious pretreatment and color reaction using UV-Vis spectrometer.
